At the end of a good day, my gratitudes flow freely. Some days, it is more challenging and on days like these, it is so vital to keep up the practice. Why? Because I know that gratitude changes everything. A focus on the good can lift your vibration and after a challenging day or two here, it is time to take action and shift the energy with a midweek gratitude list.
Today, I am grateful for an afternoon in the park. I am grateful that several friends were there. Grateful for meaningful conversations. I am grateful for the opportunity to share… thoughts, experiences, feelings. Sharing our stories openly helps reduce feelings of isolation and encourages connection. I am grateful for ice cream.
There, I feel better already.
